Terms and Conditions

This offer is designed for married couples or adult cohabitants. Adults must be at least 25 years of age, employed with an annual income of $60,000, a valid driver’s license, and a major credit card. If married or cohabitating, both parties must travel together. While on vacation, you will be required to take a resort tour for a vacation ownership property.

This vacation offer provides accommodations for two adults and up to two children under the age of 12 and does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, or telephone calls. No pets allowed. Service fees for certain amenities may apply.

This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more families or friends traveling together or meeting at the same resort with the same arrival date using the Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc. certificates regardless of where the certificates were obtained. (no exceptions) This certificate is used for the purpose of promoting availability of resort rentals.

Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (driver’s license and a major credit card) must be presented at the resort area when checking in.

Your Reservation Verification Form along with a $50 room deposit must accompany your completed planning form. Once your deposit and completed planning form are received at Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc. (ETTSI), your request will be processed. A minimum of 60 days advance notice is required for processing. When requesting your vacation you must choose from the category resort locations listed (this is required to process your reservation due to changing availability).You must complete your travel to Orlando before you can travel to your second destination.

When your reservations are confirmed, ETTSI will prepare and mail a written confirmation with directions and check-in times.

All room accommodations are subject to the availability of ETTSI’s room allotments. ETTSI reserves the right to substitute a different resort destination or travel date. All accommodations are in a hotel or motel in the resort area. Check-in day varies depending on location. Select areas will provide a weekend check-in for a minimum surcharge.

You must select a resort destination that is located at least 100 miles away from your residence.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction or concurrently with any other offer or discount (ETTSI or any other company). Vacation certificates must be used one year apart. This offer can be removed or changed at any time.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel a confirmed reservation there is a $25.00 change/cancellation fee. If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation, ETTSI, requires a fourteen (14) day written notice prior to your arrival date. If you do not show up for a confirmed reservation or cancel under 72 hours prior to check-in, you will forfeit your $50 deposit.

After completing travel, you may request a refund of your deposit by mailing copies of your reservation letter and hotel check-out statement to the address printed on your refund request document. Please include with your refund request a self-addressed envelope, which will assist us in returning your deposit to the appropriate address.

You have one year from the activation date to complete travel or it may be extended after its expiration date for a $25.00 extension fee.
